Magnetic signs are digitally printed on a 30 mil magnetic material and come with a lamination to help protect them from UV light, scratches, and water. Magnets are intended to be used on metal, magnetic, and flat, smooth surfaces.

What is the expected lifespan of your magnets?
The lifespan of your magnet is 2 to 5 years with proper installation and care.
Do your magnets have a warranty?
Our magnets are not warranted due to chemical exposure from car washes, UV light, heat, cold, gas, and anything else your vehicle may come in contact while the magnet is placed on its surface.
Before purchasing magnets please make sure the intended surface is magnetic receptive. Magnets won't stick to aluminum or plastic vehicle body panels.

Product Options / Finishing Options
The standard finishing option for magnetic signs is rounded corners. You can also choose contour or square cut options. All magnetic signs include a laminate finish.
Ideal for vehicle magnets, rounded corners provide better airflow over your magnet and help reduce drag. Rounded corners also help reduce the chances of your magnet coming off and are less likely to dog-ear or peel with repeated removal.

Artwork Specifications
Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

Payment Options
All magnets must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Shipping
Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000.
We offer the following shipping methods:
Economy (5-10 Business Days)
Standard (3-5 Business Days)
Three Day (3 Business Days)
Two Day (2 Business Days)
Overnight (1 Business Day)
Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the magnet cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your magnets early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your magnets early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.
