Artwork Policy:

We will check all artwork before we send it to production. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you! Visit the artwork policy page for more information.

Production Policy:

Production times are listed on every product page. Production starts after artwork has been approved and payment has been received. Check out the production policy section for additional information.

Shipping Policy:

Ship dates are established from the time Signmax.com receives proof approval and are shipped using UPS. Shipping times start after production is complete. For additional shipping information, please visit the shipping policy page.

Payment Policy:

Signmax.com is able to accept the below forms of payment.

  • Credit card
  • Check (payment must be received prior to order entering production)
  • Government purchase orders (PO)

Government purchase orders are issued on Net 15 terms, with payment accepted via check or ACH. If a credit card is provided after order processing to pay for a PO, a 3% credit card processing fee will be applied to the order total.
