Signmax.com Shipping Information
Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee shipping times after we have placed your package with USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other shipping carrier. UPS has suspended their service guarantee, to learn more, visit UPS here.
Ship dates are established from the time Signmax.com receives proof approval. Shipping times start after production is complete. Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. We have two production facilities in the United States. If you have questions about your shipping, please contact a customer service representative.
Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.
Shipping Methods: You will receive a tracking number once your package has shipped
- Economy (5-15 Business Days)
- Standard (3-5 Business Days)
- Three Day (3 Business Days)
- Two Day (2 Business Days)
- Overnight (1 Business Day)
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Please specify which shipping method you would like when placing your order. Otherwise, it will be shipped standard (3-5 Business Days) by default. Please note that UPS does not deliver ground packages on Saturday or Sunday. If you need a package delivered on Saturday, please contact a customer service representative for more information.
Shipping Outside of the United States
You can ship to other countries outside of the United States. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a custom shipping quote or look for our step by step instructions link on how to ship to Provinces coming soon.
Additional Shipping Information
After product has shipped, all shipping company terms & conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. If you have a deadline, you must request expedited shipping as ground shipments are not guaranteed. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in the delivery of your package. All refunds are limited to actual shipping cost refunded to Signmax.com from shipping company. Terms for the shipping company still apply to lost packages.
If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent, see REFUNDS section of these terms & conditions for further information.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss, this generally takes 7-10 business days after initial lost product inquiry. Again, please order early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our facility.
Overnight orders that are completed ahead of schedule will ship using a method guaranteed for you to receive you order on time. No refund will be given in this case.
Order Early, not Last Minute.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control, no refunds will be allowed because of shipping delays.
Again, please order early as we cannot control delivery of your product after it leaves our production facility.
