Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the decal cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your vinyl decals early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your decals early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
International shipping Notes : For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Artwork Specifications
Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

How to Apply UV DTF Transfers
Step 1: Prepare the Surface
- Make sure the item is clean and smooth.
- Wipe the area with an alcohol wipe or a cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol.
- Let it dry completely before applying the transfer.
Step 2: Remove the Backing Sheet
- Peel off the paper or plastic backing to expose the adhesive side of the design.
- Be careful not to touch the sticky surface.
Step 3: Position and Apply the Design
- Place the transfer adhesive-side down on your item.
- Press firmly, smoothing from the center outward to remove any air bubbles.
- Take your time—smooth, even pressure ensures the best results.
Step 4: Remove the Top Film
- Slowly peel away the clear top film at a sharp angle.
- If the design lifts with the film, press it back down firmly and peel again from a different angle.
- Go slowly for the cleanest transfer.
Step 5: Finish and Set
- Your design is now applied!
- For extra durability, place the item in sunlight or under a UV lamp for 30–60 seconds (optional).
