Double Sided Banner Material
Vinyl banners are printed on 13 oz vinyl banner material. Double sided banners are two separate viny banners that are attached together using adhesives and grommets. The same image will be on both the front and the back unless you specifiy or work with a graphic designer.
Double sided banners are printed in full color - you can add a background, unlimited text, photographs and clip art. Vinyl banners can be used indoors or outdoors.

Banner Sizes
Double sided banners can be up to 6 feet wide by 30 feet long.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Product Options / Finishing Options
Double sided banners are two separate banner prints that are put together using adhesives and grommets. This is the only finishing option for double sided banners. If you are looking for double sided banners with pole pockets, you will need to contact a customer service representative.

Pole Pockets
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
Pole Pocket Size Options
2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole.
3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole.
4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole.

Artwork Specifications
Files that print best are .eps. You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

Payment Options
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Shipping
All double-sided vinyl banners are rolled, bagged, and placed into a shipping box which is then shipped. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-846-9000.

Standard (3-5 Business Days)

Two Day (2 Business Days)

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
**Please note - banners that exceed 8' in both directions will be folded for shipping. Contact us if you have any questions**
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
