Canvas banners are a high quality, indoor banner. The canvas material has the texture of a classic painted canvas. Canvas banners are printed in full color - you can add a background, unlimited text, photographs, clip art and graphics.

Canvas banners can be printed 4.5 feet by 10 feet without seams.
Product Options / Finishing Options
The standard finishing option for canvas banners is sewn hems and grommets placed every 2-4 feet around the perimeter. The following finishing options are available:
- Sewn hems and grommets (standard)
- Cut to Size
- Hems Only
- Grommets only
2" pole pocket - fits a 3/4" diameter pole
3" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/4" diameter pole
4" pole pocket - fits a 1 1/2" diameter pole
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower). You must convert all text to outlines to make sure the fonts come in correctly. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).
Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.
At SignMax, we offer flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need to order.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.
All canvas banners are rolled, bagged, and placed into a shipping box which is then shipped. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Economy (5-10 Business Days)
- Standard (3-5 Business Days)
- Three Day (3 Business Days)
- Two Day (2 Business Days)
- Overnight (1 Business Day)
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If a product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then the replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.
